ProStep Ultra-Compact Aluminum Rolling Ladders
ROLLING STAIRS
Heavy Duty. Engineered for industrial use in tight spaces.

Compact. Maneuverable. Unstoppable.
With a tight turning radius and compact footprint, access equipment, corners, and aisles that other rolling ladders can’t.
Rock-Solid Stability
Engage the handle — casters lift, rubber-footed base plants, platform locks down.
OSHA + ANSI Compliant
Built to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.23(e) and ANSI A14.7 — the standards your facility is already audited against.
Cost-Effective at Scale
In stock, flat-packed, fleet-priced – deploy across every aisle, bay, line, and MRO need
Proudly Made in the USA
Engineered, manufactured, and supported domestically — shorter lead times, accountable quality.
ProStep ultra-compact aluminum rolling ladders have a compact footprint and tight turning radius, opening up the spaces conventional rolling ladders can’t reach — built for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing, and MRO. The integrated handle lifts the pivoting casters and plants the rubber-footed base — rolling ladder to rock-solid in one motion. Available in 2′ and 3′ widths from 40″ to 120″, with up to 9 sq ft of working platform. Optional 1′ and 2′ cantilever add-ons extend reach over conveyors, equipment, and obstructions where a standard platform won’t go. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.23(e) and ANSI A14.7 compliant. Proudly made in the USA.

The Headline Feature
The handle that moves the unit also locks it.
ProStep’s mobility and stability system is a single mechanism that does two jobs.
Working state
Feet deployed. Casters off the floor.
The operator pulls the handle. Rubber feet drop down, lift the stair side of the unit off its casters, and plant it firmly on the floor. The unit is secured by the feet — not by locking casters. The handle stows clear of the steps.
Mobile state
Feet stowed. Handle blocks the steps.
The unit rolls on its casters. The same handle now projects across the lower steps and physically blocks anyone from climbing the unit while it’s in motion. No interlock to defeat. No second control to remember.

Why ProStep
Engineered for the warehouse floor.
01
Counterbalanced stability
Steel counterweighted base anchors the unit at every height. No outriggers to deploy. No tipping when the operator leans out at 120″.
02
Modular, bolt-together
Aluminum upper frame ships flat. Field-repairable. Replace a step, handrail, or caster without scrapping the unit.
03
OSHA-grade from day one
16″ minimum step width. Slip-resistant treads. 60° stringer slope. 200 lb top-rail load. 4× capacity rating.
04
Distributor-supported
Sold through an authorized distributor network with regional product experts who qualify the lead and stay engaged through delivery and install.
05
14 SKUs, two widths
One configurable platform standard. Pick 6 or 9 sq ft. Pick the height. Add cantilever if you need reach.
06
Cost-effective vs. welded
Built to compete with the welded category leaders on value. Pricing is configured through your distributor.
